Both foreign natural persons and legal entities may act as shareholders to register a company in Hungary, with no restrictions on nationality or shareholding ratios (except for special industries subject to separate regulations), and they enjoy national treatment. If the director is Chinese, a delivery agent is required to ensure the foreign director can be contacted. Our firm can provide such a representative for a fee.
