REGISTRATION PROCESS

    Prepare registration documents

    Collection of information and documents related to company registration

    Company name availability check

    Select a unique company name compliant with Danish naming rules, and verify its availability via the Danish Business Authority (Erhvervsstyrelsen).

    Sign the documents

    Once the name is approved, documents will be sent for signature, and the signed versions shall be returned via email.

    Capital injection transfer

    Deposit the capital into the account of a Danish lawyer.

    Submit the registration application

    The lawyer will submit the documents to the Danish Business Authority within 24 hours upon receipt of the capital.

    The company will be officially established and a CVR number will be issued.
