Limited Liability Company(LLC)

It is suitable for large enterprises, which can raise funds by selling shares. Joint-stock companies are divided into non-public joint-stock companies (NAO) and public joint-stock companies (PAO). The minimum registered capital for a public joint-stock company is 100,000 rubles, ideal for enterprises with financing demands or listing plans.
