1. Scanned copy of the first page of passports for the Italian company’s shareholders and directors;

2. English-translated proof of address for shareholders and directors of the Italian company: utility bills or bank statements bearing the individual’s full name and address, issued within the past one month;

3. Power of Attorney.

Note: All the documents mentioned above require English notarization as well as dual authentication by China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Italian Consulate. If the same person acts as both the shareholder and director of the Italian company, only one set of documents needs to be submitted.

1. Scanned copies of the first page of passports belonging to the legal representative and director of the corporate shareholder;

2. English-translated proof of address for the legal representative and director of the corporate shareholder: utility bills or bank statements showing their full name and address, issued within one month;

3. Scanned passport first pages of all individuals holding 25% or more shares in the corporate shareholder;

4. English-translated proof of address for all shareholders holding 25% or more shares in the corporate shareholder: utility bills or bank statements bearing the shareholders' full names and addresses, issued within one month;

5. Scanned copy of the business license of the corporate shareholder together with its English translation;

6. English translation of the articles of association;

7. Power of Attorney.
