Shareholders and Directors
At least one shareholder‑director, among whom one Singapore‑resident director is mandatory;
All individuals must be aged 18 or above. Provide copies of shareholders’ ID or passports, shareholding ratios, and copies of directors’ ID or passports.

Registered Capital
The registered capital shall be no less than SGD 1. Singapore generally imposes no strict time limit for paid‑up capital, and no stamp duty is levied.
Registered capital can be denominated in Singapore Dollars or other commonly‑used foreign currencies.
