Scope of Application
Applies to electrical and electronic products (such as household appliances, power adapters, lighting fixtures, IT equipment, etc.) and high-risk products (such as plugs, power cords, etc.)

Certification Types
1.CR Mark (Mandatory Certification): Required for high-risk products.
2.DoC (Declaration of Conformity): Available for certain lower-risk products via self-declaration.

Product Technical Documentation
Product specifications, schematics, functional descriptions, key component lists, and electrical/mechanical characteristics must be provided. The documentation must fully describe the product design and key component information.

Product Instruction Manual
A Vietnamese-language user manual must be provided, including operating instructions, maintenance methods, and safety warnings. The content must be consistent with the product's actual functions, and the manufacturer or importer information must be clearly stated.

Test Reports
Test reports issued by Vietnamese or ILAC-accredited laboratories must be submitted. These mainly include safety testing (electrical/mechanical safety), EMC testing (if applicable), and chemical testing (if relevant).

Corporate Qualification Documents
A copy of the business license must be submitted. If the applicant is the manufacturer, a registration certificate is also required. All documents must match the information provided in the application form.

Label Sample
The product label must include the product name, model, specifications, manufacturer information, and safety warnings in Vietnamese. The font height must be at least 5mm.

Additional Materials
All documents must be in Vietnamese. Product testing must be conducted in Vietnam or at recognized laboratories (some product categories may accept internationally recognized test reports).
